These Terms are between you and ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC. By creating an account or using NoMondayDiet you agree to them.
NoMondayDiet is a journal and estimation tool. Nutrition values, exercise instructions, AI insights, and progress-photo comparisons are estimates only and are not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account.
You control health and location permissions. Device and provider data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. GPS recording may use battery and must not be relied on for emergencies, navigation, or personal safety.
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate features and the audience you choose. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect members or comply with law.
When paid plans are enabled, web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and native subscriptions may be processed by the relevant app store. Prices, renewal terms, taxes, and trial terms are shown before purchase. You can cancel through the billing provider; access normally continues through the paid period unless law requires otherwise.
Marketplace items appear only after review and licensing. Separate seller, refund, shipping, and safety terms may apply before any item becomes purchasable. Third-party health providers, food databases, and linked services have their own terms.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account from Settings at any time.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
